This internal video platform was built for CJC Church, an NGO with a recurring need to turn long-form ministry content into short-form media. Instead of treating editing as a fully manual production cycle, the system is designed as an AI-assisted pipeline: upload or register a sermon, process the transcript, identify promising moments, organize short candidates, review clips, and manage the assets that support publishing.
The application exposes a serious production surface: dashboard, editor, Shorts Studio, sermon records, analytics, connections, review queues, storage controls, and trash/archive management. The architecture points to a full operational workflow, not a single-purpose editor. Source videos, transcripts, rendered clips, storage usage, cloud archiving, YouTube fallback, and version pruning are all treated as first-class parts of the production system.
For churches, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations, content velocity matters. A sermon or event recording can contain dozens of meaningful moments, but most teams do not have the time to manually search, clip, caption, render, review, and organize every asset.
