Save Them Now is a U.S.-wide platform built to give missing persons cases the geographic visibility they deserve. The site aggregates curated public data into an interactive case map, lets visitors filter by category — adults, children, veterans — and gives families a structured way to report a missing person and share the case across their community. Under the hood: Next.js + Vercel Edge for fast nationwide page loads, Mapbox GL for the case map, Firebase Auth for verified reporters, Firestore for case records, and Vertex AI for the analysis tools that help surface patterns across cases (age cohorts, geographic clusters, time-of-disappearance trends). Every architectural decision was made to be operable by a small humanitarian team without a dedicated ops org.

About the project

Most missing persons databases are flat lists buried inside government portals. We turned the data into a living, searchable, shareable map — built to be the first thing a community member, journalist, or AI model finds when they ask 'who is missing near me?' Sensitive case handling, verified reporter onboarding, and privacy-respecting analytics were table stakes; the design goal was to make it impossible to look away.

Ozark Bin Cleaning is a residential and commercial trash-bin cleaning service operating across 15 cities in Northwest Arkansas — Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bella Vista and more. They use 200°F hot water, EPA-registered sanitizers, and curbside wastewater capture to clean bins without polluting storm drains. We rebuilt their digital presence from the ground up: a Next.js + Vercel site with structured pricing tiers ($18/mo per bin, $24/mo trash pickup, $55/mo commercial, $52/mo bundle), month-to-month subscription checkout via Stripe, and a service-area page engineered for both local SEO and Generative Engine Optimization.

The proof point: Ozark Bin Cleaning is now named first by ChatGPT when users ask 'What are the top bin cleaning businesses in Northern Arkansas?' — surfaced with full service area, eco-friendly positioning, and process detail. We achieved this with no Google Business Profile, no review backlog, and no backlinks. Just a properly engineered website. It's our cleanest demonstration that you don't need a decade of SEO history to dominate AI answers — you need the right architecture.

Ozark Bin Cleaning

Okashare is a browser-based video editor built for short-form creators. Users can edit on a multi-track timeline (auto-captions, transitions, music, effects), publish directly to TikTok in one click, and then see exactly how each post performed via an integrated analytics dashboard — views, likes, comments, watch time. An AI suggestion engine surfaces patterns from the creator's own top-performing posts and feeds them back into the next edit. The technical bet: do all the heavy lifting client-side. We used FFmpeg.wasm to run a full editing pipeline in-browser, Cloudflare R2 for project storage, Supabase for auth and analytics, and the TikTok Content Posting API for direct publishing. The result is a tool that loads instantly, never asks the user to wait for an upload, and turns 'edit → publish → measure' into a single 30-second loop.

Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts publishing are next on the roadmap. The same edit, three platforms, one analytics view — built for the independent creators and small creator teams who post short-form video every day and need to know what's actually working.

Duro Design Group is an integrated architecture, engineering, and historical preservation practice. The site needed to do two things at once: present the work like a museum (editorial typography, generous whitespace, high-resolution case photography) and make every project page machine-readable enough to be cited by AI search when prospects ask about firms with heritage-conservation expertise. We built it on Next.js + Vercel with Sanity CMS so the firm can publish new projects without a developer in the loop, Framer Motion for the cinematic transitions, and a content schema engineered for Generative Engine Optimization — every project page has explicit structured-data signals about scope, era, materials, and outcomes.

The brand had to read as serious without being cold. The typographic system, the gold-accent details, and the slow-reveal page transitions all support a positioning that's rare in the AEC space: a small firm that treats architecture as a literate craft. Conversion-wise, the homepage funnels qualified leads straight into a consultation request without ever asking them to scroll past more than three case studies.

The free tier gives any visitor two AI-visibility searches per week with a basic scoring report. The paid tier opens up full audits, competitor-set comparisons, entity-architecture mapping, and continuous monitoring with alerts when citation share moves. The whole thing is built on Next.js 14 with Drizzle ORM, deployed on Vercel, and orchestrates calls to four LLM providers in parallel.

The platform is built around a simple promise: couples and event hosts describe the celebration they want, then the system helps shape the invitation around their venue, color palette, music, photos, schedule, and guest details. The experience combines a sealed-envelope reveal, motion-led storytelling, live countdowns, venue sections, dress-code guidance, gift notes, and a full RSVP flow into one polished web invitation. The public product experience positions LifeInvites as an AI-powered invitation studio. Its workflow is designed to feel concierge-level while remaining automated: a user can begin with a living template, describe the event in natural language, preview the invitation for free, and publish only when ready. Behind the elegant front end is a product model that connects template systems, AI-assisted creative direction, guest data capture, and shareable distribution through link, WhatsApp, or QR.

Traditional invitation tools make users assemble layouts. LifeInvites sells a finished experience: the ceremony, the story, the venue, the dress code, the schedule, and the RSVP all live inside one cinematic page. This internal video platform was built for CJC Church, an NGO with a recurring need to turn long-form ministry content into short-form media. Instead of treating editing as a fully manual production cycle, the system is designed as an AI-assisted pipeline: upload or register a sermon, process the transcript, identify promising moments, organize short candidates, review clips, and manage the assets that support publishing. The application exposes a serious production surface: dashboard, editor, Shorts Studio, sermon records, analytics, connections, review queues, storage controls, and trash/archive management. The architecture points to a full operational workflow, not a single-purpose editor. Source videos, transcripts, rendered clips, storage usage, cloud archiving, YouTube fallback, and version pruning are all treated as first-class parts of the production system.

For churches, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations, content velocity matters. A sermon or event recording can contain dozens of meaningful moments, but most teams do not have the time to manually search, clip, caption, render, review, and organize every asset. This platform compresses that workflow into a managed pipeline where AI agents support discovery and editing while humans keep final control. The result is an internal media command center: one place for long-form source content, short-form candidates, review decisions, rendered output, analytics, and storage discipline. The Witnesses is an evangelism app for iOS and Android, built to support believers in the practical work of outreach, prayer, testimony, and local church connection. The public product page positions the app around a clear mission: help Christians go out, praise, pray, preach the Gospel, and document the work with focus and care. The product is organized around four core systems: outreach sessions for logging Gospel conversations, prayer and people records for meaningful follow-up, testimonies for community encouragement, and church discovery so local believers can connect outreach activity with discipleship and community. It also includes public App Store readiness pages for privacy, terms, community guidelines, support, account deletion, location use, and user-content expectations.

The Witnesses turns evangelism from a scattered personal note-taking habit into a structured mobile workflow. The app gives believers a way to remember names, track prayer moments, record follow-ups, share testimonies, and understand nearby mission activity without turning the experience into a social network that distracts from the work. For App Store approval and long-term user trust, the project also treats safety and privacy as product features. The policy layer is visible, explicit, and built around sensitive categories: location, community content, account deletion, consent, dignity, and support access.

Livingstone Command is the private internal platform behind The Livingstone Solution's revamped online presence and operating workflow. The public website explains the firm's positioning around AI-first development, GEO visibility, dev teams, enterprise modernization, startup support, and incubator programs. Command is the private layer that supports that business operationally. The platform is designed as an all-in-one command center for government-contract and client-service operations. It brings together CRM-style client management, contract tracking, opportunity pipelines, internal work visibility, and automation into a protected workspace. The public Command surface intentionally exposes only a private login, while the broader Livingstone site communicates the company story, services, performance claims, buyer paths, and consultation funnel.

Government contracting and technical-service delivery both fail when the work lives across disconnected spreadsheets, inboxes, portals, and memory. Livingstone Command was built to centralize the operational picture: who the client is, what opportunity is active, where the contract stands, what needs follow-up, and how the team moves work from lead to execution. As an internal system, its value is leverage. The public brand can promise speed, modernization, AI visibility, and disciplined execution because the back office has a dedicated operating platform underneath it.

illy is an international coffee brand, and this project focused on giving the National Harbor branch in Oxon Hill, Maryland a polished local digital platform that could serve both customers and operators. The public site brings the branch experience online with a premium cafe presentation: espresso drinks, iced drinks, breakfast, lunch, sweets, gifts, rewards, pickup ordering, hours, location details, and account-preview pathways. The branch needed more than a brochure site. The platform was shaped around real cafe operations: menu visibility, pricing and options, customer ordering through Toast, and an internal operating layer for day-to-day management. That operating layer supports inventory awareness, profit tracking, margin visibility, and the kind of repeatable management system a high-traffic hospitality branch needs.

For a franchise branch, the digital experience has to respect the global brand while solving local business problems. Customers need a fast path to see what is available, understand the cafe offering, order pickup, and return through account or rewards flows. Operators need the site and back office to support the actual rhythm of the store: inventory, sales, margins, and daily decisions. The result is a branch-level platform with both polish and utility. It presents illy's coffee culture as a local National Harbor experience while tying the digital front door to the systems that help the cafe run.

Nexura Labs Materials is a B2B laboratory procurement storefront for research kits, Class-A glassware, safety apparel, measuring supplies, consumables, and laboratory instruments. The platform is built for institutional buyers who need more than a standard ecommerce cart: search, documentation, requisitions, facility accounts, purchase orders, quote requests, and procurement-friendly checkout all sit in the same experience. The public site presents a professional supplier workflow with catalog filtering, product documentation search, a requisition cart, net-30 purchase-order logic, institutional billing fields, delivery details, and order authorization. It also positions the company around procurement integrations, corporate pricing grids, batch sizing, invoice reconciliation, logistics, and organized product records.

Lab procurement is not consumer ecommerce. Buyers need product references, documentation, internal purchasing compatibility, quote workflows, and billing structures that match how academic, pharmaceutical, and research facilities operate. Nexura's platform was designed around those procurement realities rather than forcing institutional users through a generic checkout. The result is a storefront that feels credible to technical buyers while still moving them toward action: search the catalog, review documentation, build a requisition, request a quote, register a facility, or submit a purchase order.

CJC Church is an NGO and faith community in Springfield, Virginia, with a public site built around worship, discipleship, events, giving, sermons, ministries, and service information. Behind that public presence, we built a much deeper internal platform: a full church operating system that helps leadership understand the health of the ministry, support members, manage departments, and keep care from falling through the cracks. The system centralizes member profiles, attendance, children’s ministry access, giving records, department-level permissions, and pastoral care workflows. Giving can be attributed across multiple channels — including Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and other payment methods — so each contribution can connect back to the right member or family profile instead of sitting in disconnected spreadsheets or payment dashboards.

Most churches can see who gave, who attended, or who volunteered only after piecing together fragmented tools. CJC’s operating system brings those signals into one place so leadership can see patterns in real time: who has been missing, who may need follow-up, where attendance is changing, which departments need access, and how children’s ministry can stay organized and accountable. The platform is built for ministry care, not just administration. It gives CJC a way to monitor the people entrusted to them, identify gaps before they become silent drop-offs, and equip each department with the access level it needs without exposing the whole system. The result is a modern NGO operations platform that supports both spiritual care and organizational discipline.
